Erwin Pally

Playwright

Erwin Pally¹s play, The Edith Whartons, was winner of the 2005 New Play Festival at Centre Stage in Greenville, South Carolina. His play, Prodigal Son was nominated for the 2008 Christopher Brian Wolk Award at the Abingdon Theatre. The Other Jack was given a staged reading in August at the Manhattan Theatre Club Studios at which 2009 Tony-award nominee, Zach Grenier, played Jack Ruby. Erwin has been a script reader for the American Repertory Theatre at Harvard and has served as literary manager for New Voices in Boston. He has a Ph.D. in English from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and is a professor emeritus at Fitchburg State College.
