Governance and Sponsorships

Section 1: Board of Directors. A Board of Directors shall be elected at the annual conference of the AJT. It shall consist of:

The president, vicepresident, conference chairperson, treasurer, secretary, individual member representative, and immediate past president. All past presidents of the organization remain exofficio members of the Board of Directors.

The immediate past conference chairperson will serve as vice president/presidentelect. All executive committee members remain in place until the next scheduled conference, at the conclusion of which the new board will be seated. A larger board of the AJT will be created with the necessary committees as needed, based on the organization growth and development.

Section 2: Sponsorship. The Association for Jewish Theatre operates independently in the JCCA network. The JCCA provides us with logistical support, a network within which to operate, and the benefit of their 501(c) 3 status.
